How far can the X1s V2 go on one charge?

Up to 75 km on pedal assist with its removable 13 Ah battery. Real range depends on rider weight, terrain and assist level.

How long does the battery take to charge?

About 6 hours for its 13 Ah battery. The battery comes out, so you can charge it at home or at your desk.

What is the difference between the X1s and the X1s V2?

The X1s V2 has a bigger 13 Ah battery for up to 75 km on pedal assist (the X1s goes up to 60 km), and adds PulsePods: lights on the handlebar grips with built-in turn indicators. Both are single speed.

What are PulsePods?

Lights built into the handlebar grips. They work as turn indicators and side lights, so people can see you in traffic and at night. They charge with Type-C.

How does it fold?

With the patented SMAC fold. Open the lock and fold the frame in half with one hand. Folded, it is 105 × 48 × 106 cm.

Which size should I choose?

Medium for riders 4'11" to 5'4". Large for riders 5'5" to 6'2". If you are close to 5'5", try both at a dealer.

Do I need a licence to ride it?

No. Under Indian rules, an e-cycle with a 250 W motor and a top assisted speed of 25 km/h does not need a licence or registration.

Can I put my name on it?

Yes. Under Add-ons, tap "Your name on the bike" (₹499). Personalised bikes take 5–7 extra days for delivery.

What warranty do I get?
